Very pleased from start to finish! My furnace quit working & was older. My a/c unit was extremely old & needed to be replaced as it was not energy efficient at all. I can't say enough about this company and it's staff. I am a disabled veteran and my furnace stopped working. I made a call and they did everything they could to work me in their busy schedule. Once the tech got into it he found that a bird had gotten into the furnace causing major problems. He suggested that the vent pipe be covered this would prevent this from happening again. I mentioned that I had chicken wire and he got it and enclosed the vent. I will be forever grateful to the technician for his help.
